Last updated: [[effective date]]

This page covers the oviah.app website and its early-access list. Oviah itself isn't open yet; it will have its own, fuller privacy policy when it launches.

The short version

Who we are

Oviah is run by [[seller legal name]], [[seller registered address]], St Kitts and Nevis ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the data described here. Contact: [[support email]].

What we collect when you sign up

The early-access form sends us your name, your email address and the kind of business you chose, and we note the date and time. If you sign up again with the same email, we update the name and business type. That is all we store.

Spam checks and limits

To keep bots off the list, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and connection to tell people from bots, underCloudflare's privacy policy. We also limit how often one address can send the form; your IP address is used for that check and is not stored with your sign-up.

Where it is kept

The website and the list run on Cloudflare. The list is kept in a Cloudflare database in the United States. Like any website host, Cloudflare handles standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

To write to you about Oviah's early access and launch, and to learn what kinds of businesses are interested. Under [[data protection law and legal basis]].

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until a year after we close the early-access list, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Write to [[support email]] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Every email we send about early access will also tell you how to get off the list.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
